Our HOA is governed by Board of Directors elected from our its homeowners. The board has partnered with Brooks Real Estate to help manage our HOA an insure we follow governing documents. Brooks Real Estate uses Appfolio to manage HOA requests such as contacting the HOA, architectural change requests viewing HOA documents, viewing HOA calendars of meetings, complaint forms, and paying HOA dues.
