About us.
Powhatan Crossing Homeowner’s Association represents a vibrant community of approximately 115 homeowners located in Williamsburg, Virginia. Established in 1997, the Association has been dedicated to maintaining and enhancing the quality of life within Powhatan Crossing ever since.
Our Board of Directors is elected from among the homeowners and serves in accordance with our governing documents. These volunteers play a vital role in overseeing the Association’s operations and ensuring that our neighborhood remains a welcoming and well-managed place to live.
The Association holds a minimum of five meetings each year, including quarterly board meetings and an annual general meeting. During the annual meeting, homeowners vote on the community budget and elect directors to serve on the board.
